They are looking for Partners with extensive experience within health, either from a recruitment, client or consultancy background to develop this business sector. You will already have an impressive track record as well as a positive reputation that will allow you to quickly establish a strong client base. A good strategic understanding of both the issues and politics within this marketplace is required as well as the ability to identify opportunities at either a central or local level, maximise existing relationships and convert these leads into viable business.

You may be working within executive recruitment at the moment, or working at senior level on the client side or as a service provider, ideally working closely at Chief Executive or HR director level. My client is already making good progress in developing their health business, however, with their ability to grow market share, innovative product development and high quality delivery, they believe that this can be further accelerated.
