Salary – upto £30K plus outstanding Commission.

Since its formation in the early 1970`s my client has recruited for many skill sets in the white collar engineering sectors and skilled trades. The organisation has an excellent reputation for forging viable and trustworthy relationships with both their clients and candidates alike and in doing so became an integral and dependable component throughout the Resourceing process and beyond.

With Sales and Profit consistently increasing my client now aims to build upon its solid base and supplement its existing revenue streams my recruiting exceptional Recruitment Consultants to join their existing teams in the following markets.  

·        Rail

·        Oil & Gas

·        Renewable Energy’s

·        Nuclear Energy’s

·        Architecture

·        Civil Engineering

The Candidate.

A proven record of successfully managing your own desk within any of the above market sectors coupled with the ability to consistently achieve KPI targets and deliver monthly revenue. This person will be able to demonstrate management development skills and contribute as a team player

This person will have good commercial awareness and business acumen, capable of analysing the regional market and market trends. With the ability to identify business opportunities, creating business plans and implementing strategy.
