With ambitious growth plans in the UK to meet the demands and needs of their clients, the company now aim to build upon its solid base and therefore require an experienced Sales & Marketing Recruitment Consultant.

 

The Role.

 

  • Reporting directly to the Director of Manchester, you will join part of an existing team, you will be responsible for a multi disciplined approach to the North West region, with particular emphasis on delivering excellent solutions and service to your clients/candidates unique specifications and requirements.
  • Total responsibility for managing your own desk and work load, you will proactively seek new business and implement the recruitment requirements of your niche market within the sales & marketing market sector. You will strive to achieve your set KPI`s and generate a revenue comparable to your target.
  • You will contribute to the success and development of the business, delivering year on year growth and capitalising on future growth opportunities by creating and encouraging a culture where continuous learning and development is respected and valued.

 

The Candidate.

 

·        Degree educated is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will have a proven track record and experience of developing and recruiting within a niche market in the sales & marketing market sector across a geographical location.

·        A proven track record of successfully managing your own niche market in the sales & marketing sector coupled with the ability to consistently achieve KPI targets and deliver monthly revenue. This person will be able to demonstrate their own management development skills and contribute as a team player. 

·        This person will have good commercial awareness and business acumen, capable of analysing the regional market and market trends. With the ability to identify business opportunities, creating business plans and implementing strategy.
